HOW DOES THE SCHOLARSHIP PACKAGE WORKS?

Scholarship Package: For this package, on like the MLM package where an agent gets two thousand naira (₦2000) on each of their referred student’s referral, once you opt in for this package, you will not get any earnings from referred student’s referral, just the thirty thousand naira (₦30,000) for your own referral only. The way this package works is this; if before the end of a session an agent is able to refer at least 40 students, they’ll get an extra thirty thousand naira (₦30,000) as compensation. Meaning the agent will get sixty thousand naira (₦60,000) per student. Note: This extra ₦30,000 is given only at the end of the session, but the regular ₦30,000 for each referral will be given the agent instantly as the student enrolls.

HOW DOES THE MLM SCHEME WORK?

Ecole Superieure De Gestion Et De Technologie (ESGT BENIN UNIVERSITY) is happy to announce the launch of the MLM system for agents and students of our prestigious university. It will be a web portal that will help control and track referrals and funds for the agents and students.

AGENTS:
The most interesting part of this system is that it has two packages:
MLM Package: In the previous system for agents, when a student is referred, payment is made for each admitted student and that’s all i.e. thirty thousand naira (₦30,000). But with the MLM
system, payment doesn’t end there. Any agents referred student who refers another student will get that agent two thousand naira (₦2000) and the chain goes on like that till the sixth downline and then it stops.

Note: On like the regular MLM scheme we know, we do not ask you to buy a product, pay a fee, or have a particular number of downlines before you can earn. You can earn with just a
downline but do not exceed the maximum number stated. And once you have exceeded the maximum number of downlines, you can have another chain with a whole new referral and so
on.

HOW DO I BECOME AN AGENT OF THE SCHOOL?

We need agents nationwide. Interested candidates should kindly fill the form by clicking the button below.

Once this is received and found qualified to be our agent, you will receive an email from us containing your unique referral link which can be shared on social media platforms. Whoever uses this link to fill the form is considered your candidate.

AS A FINAL LEVEL STUDENT, HOW DO I SUGGEST A PROJECT TOPIC THROUGH MY PORTAL?

Login to the student portal, in the menu (click on the 3 parallel lines if using mobile phone) , click on "Final level Projet".

You are to suggest three topics and click on submit.

After suggesting the topic, message the Dean of Student Affairs on whatsapp (+2348033715806) for approval.

HOW DO I VIEW MY RESULT?

Click on "online portal'

Under the scoreboard, you are to select the semester and academic session of the particular result you want to view.

After selecting the semester and academic session, click on 'view score".

HOW DO I BECOME AGENT AS A STUDENT AND USE MY REFERRAL LINK?

Login to the student portal.

On the dashboard displayed, the referral link is below the student details.
Click on the dropdown icon infront of the link, click on copy link and you can send to whoever you want to refer.

N.B: As a student, you are automatically an agent and as a student you get 30,000naira as commission per student you referred.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD COURSE MATERIALS ON PORTAL?

Among the menu, click on "all assets"
Search for each course you want to download the material with the course code and click on the download icon inside the box displayed.

HOW DO I TAKE TEST AND EXAM ONLINE?

Click on My Courses.

Locate the particular course you intend to take the course .

For those using mobile phone . Click on the serial number for each courses and click on the orange button and follow prompt.

For those using PC(personal computer) once you click on My Courses , Locate the particular course and click on the orange button.

Then follow prompt.

N.B: once you click the green button exercise little patience for the page to load and display the test page itself. Simply put, press the button once and make sure your internet is working perfectly.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY PORTAL?

Visit our website www.esgt-benin.com.
Among the menu, click on online portal at the top right corner of the website.

You will be directed to a new page, where you are to enter your login details (Matric Number as username and password).

You can change your password later after you are logged in.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

You are to pay directly to the school account.
After making payment, send receipt of payment to the registrar through whatsapp (+22961483075) with your fullname.

HOW DO I CHECK TRACK MY PROGRESS?

How to navigate through MLM system.Log in to the schools official website www.esgt-benin.com or www.esgtbenin.com

Go to online portal (located at the top of the page)
Input your login credential (agent or student)
Once logged in, click on the three dashes (≡) on the left corner of the page.
Here, you can edit your profile, check your downline, check transaction history or make withdrawal just by click each one of your choice.
For agents, under the option downline, you can see the particular package you are running (scholarship or others) and also your balance.

HOW DO I CHECK MY FEES AND PAYMENT DETAILS

For school fees check:

1. In your student portal, click on the 3 lines at the top left corner of the page.

2. Scroll down and click on 'my fees'. There you'll see a list of all payments made. But if no payment has been made the page will be blank.

3. For more details about a particular payment made, click on the number of a particular payment and dropdown short description of the payment will be seen (Whether cleared or not). But for more extensive description, click on the particular payment and then click further on the sky blue box with arrow. There you'll see a thorough description of the fee. .

4. Afterwards, you can go ahead to download receipt of a particular payment by just clicking on the red box with the print sign.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY COURSES

To register your courses, follow these steps below:

1. Go to the schools website, and click on student portal and log in.

2. Click on the 3 lines at the top left corner of the page.

3. Click on course registration.

4. On the first box immediately after the word course registration, you'll see '0 items', click on it and scroll to select as many courses you offer. Note: You can select more than one at the same time.

5. After selecting the courses, click on 'proceed'. Then your course is registered successfully.

6. To check for the courses you registered, click on the 3 lines again and select 'my courses' and you'll see them listed out.

Note: If you registered a wrong course kindly inform the school management to help you delete it.

HOW DO I FILL THE FORM ONLINE?

To register as a new student, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the schools website at www.esgt-benin.com

2. Click on 'register now' at the top of the page.

3. Fill the application form.

Note;

a. All questions with red asterisk (*) is compulsory.

b. In the place for email address, make sure to use a valid accessible email address (gmail or yahoo). The reason is: admission letter, receipts and information from the school will be sent only to the email provided. Hence, you need an email that you can access anytime.

c. When filling in your phone number, do not include space or signs (I.e, +). Your number should include your country code without the plus sign (+) e.g. 2348105470957 for Nigeria.

d. Under the question what type of enrollment are you applying for', select 'regular registration' if you want to come over to study here. Then Online registration' if you want to study online from the comfort of your home.

e. After filling out everything correctly and completely, click on 'submit'. Note: Do not exit the website until you see the message 'Registration successful'. Then you'll wait for about 72hrs maximum to get your admission letter via email if accepted.

IS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME AVAILABLE?

YES, The scholarship covers 20% of total fees and applicants are expected to pay the remaining 80%, upon acceptance of the provisional admission, No installment payment.

ARE THERE ANY SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION REQUIREMENT SUCH AS ESSAY, INTERVIEW, PORTFOLIO OR AUDITION?

NO, Your O'Level result is the only required,not more than two (2) sitting.

Here is the installment breakdown 20% of the tuition at the begining of the session for returning students and 40% of the tuition when resuming for new students. 10% of the tuition mid semester 20% at the end of the semester And same applies to second semester Note: This installment breakdown applies to all fees EXCEPT hostel fees which is paid every semester.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF ADMISSION

Admission Requirements 1. Five relevant O’ Level credits (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, GCE, or its equivalent) credits including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings. 2. Four (4) passport photographs two (2) of parent/guardian 3. Birth Certificate 4. O’Level result print-out or certificate or statement of result with corresponding result checker scratch card or pay for card (result checker). 5. Degree Conversion from HND to BA or BSc.; Duration is two semesters only. 6. Masters Degree: Those with BA, BSc. Or HND are qualified to apply for 3 semesters Masters Degree programme. • We don’t run Centres in Nigeria. • All courses are domiciled in Benin Republic.

IS HOSTEL AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS?

YES, we have hostel available and it is allocated to students after registration in the school office.

Hostel fee is 25,000naira per semester.

HOW DOES THE SCHOOL ADMISSION PROCESS WORK?

HOW TO APPLY?

To secure admission with us, you only need the following:

O'Level Result with not less than 5 credits (English and Maths included) and in not more than 2 sittings.
